Cadence Health Analytics was inspired by Stefan's own experience navigating the treatment process for his ankylosing spondylitis.  Stefan has worked internationally applying statistical process control in mass production in addition to developing material science based methodologies in defect discovery and mitigation in manufacturing.  Stefan specializes in developing manufacturing data collection and analysis tools used to inform process improvement decision making.

Stefan holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo. He enjoys baseball, music and his jack russel terrier Taco.

Chantelle is a physician with experience in Canadian and US health-care systems, and their respective academia.  She is involved in the medical biotech sphere as a physician team leader in local start-ups to help advance patient care.

Chantelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University of Toronto, a Master's of Science and a Doctor of Medicine from the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science.  Chantelle completed her Residency in Internal Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic and her Fellowship in Rheumatology at McMaster University. Chantelle is an avid reader, a great cook and enjoys fashion.

Blake is an experienced risk analytics professional who has worked in the U.S., Canada and the Netherlands. His current position is Vice President – Servicing Strategy and Analytics at CreditOne Bank in Las Vegas, where he leads a team that applies advanced econometric models and machine learning techniques to customer service and collections data to generate insights and inform strategies to improve customer experience and reduce costs. 

Blake has a PhD in economics from Western University, as well as a Master’s in geophysics from McGill and a Bachelor of Mathematics (with physics minor) from Waterloo. In his free time Blake loves traveling (30 countries so far), cooking and baseball.

William is an experienced thought leader in financial services. His current position is Senior Vice President – Business Development and Marketing at Humm Group in Toronto, Canada, where he leads a team that is focused on signing and growing long-term strategic partnerships with merchants, eCommerce platforms and payment gateways. In addition, he leads the marketing team at Humm. 

William has an MBA from the Ted Rogers School of Management at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) in Toronto, Ontario and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. In his free time, he loves spending time with his growing young family, traveling and playing basketball and golf.
